..and so is boppin’ yer head to some bangerz. Couple tracks from PeaceTreaty today, of whom I’ve recently discovered via the wonderful world of SoundCloud.

PeaceTreaty was originally created in 2009 by producer Josh Anaya. In early 2010 Josh teamed up with acclaimed LA DJ Sam Hiller (Groove Radio) and a production duo was born! These cats hail from Southern Cali and have garnered support from the likes of Kissy Sellout, Andy George, Hostage, Fake Blood & more. You can get down on their blog here. They’ll be playing Nu Disko this month down in L.A. along-side DJ Bam Bam, Sharooz, Paul Ahi, Electrochasm & Disk Jo Slim (+ more), so go check them out if you’re gonna be in or around L.A. Anyways, they make a lot of very well-crafted Dutch/Tropical, pulling in elements from techno and electro. It’s some real high energy stuff and it’ll get that booty shakin’. Truuuuuuust.

Electric Daisy Carnival is one of, if not, the largest dance music festival outside of Europe and WMC. It is held in Southern California (LA) and last year’s attendee numbers were an estimated 140,000. This year marks the 14th annual EDC and the CYV™ crew will be in attendance! Some of us were there last year and it was an unbelievable experience — we saw so many epic artists and danced our asses off all weekend.
