Swab them poopdecks and point the mast due west — we’re going down under to the land of Wallabeats & Bangaroos to visit one of Australia’s most talented producers, Riggers! This guy popped onto my radar about a month ago, and since then I’ve been seeing his name EVERYWHERE! From break-style fidget beats to well-crafted electro, this guy has some mad skills. His latest release, The Rumble Strip EP, dropped just a couple days on the 25th for one of CYV’s favorite labels, Sketch Records.

Pumping, thumping main-room Electro is the name of the game with ‘No Response;’ Riggers hits hard every time and this is the knock out punch! Sun, sea, sky are the Riggers colours, and this track is a true Aussie summer snapshot! He follows it up well with ‘Nine Hours Driving’ and ‘We Can Drive,’ both of which truly exhibit a mature sound; this kid has his production locked up tight.
