Damn! This kid is only 22. Same age as yours truly, and boy does it make me feel like I’m behind! Anyways, hailing from London, Bill Eff has been putting out some serious fidget since early 2009. He’s had a couple releases on Lee Mortimer’s Wearhouse Music and has been supported by artists such as Kissy Sell Out, Foamo, Kidda & Will Bailey. His wobbles are A+!
